The Liskeard Office was opened in 1987 by the takeover of a small local practice. Since then it has grown to become the largest firm in the town with a significant influence over South East Cornwall.

Coodes are justifiably proud of having provided legal services to Cornwall for over 260 years. Our experienced lawyers today provide an extensive range of legal services throughout Cornwall, and beyond.

In recent years the firm has joined with other long established Cornish practices to create the branch office network throughout Cornwall, and into Devon, which exists today.

There are now seven branches in St Austell, Truro, Newquay, Liskeard, Launceston, Holsworthy and Penzance, run by 19 Partners and employing over 120 staff.

All offices aim to offer a broad range of legal services to clients, often working in conjunction with specialist lawyers and departments throughout the firm.
