Our Head of Family and Matrimonial has been qualified since 1993 and practiced in family law since then. He acts for a wide spectrum of clients from many sectors.

It is always Jonathan’s preferred course to deal with matters in an amicable and non confrontational way taking the view that it is rarely in the interests of the parties themselves to litigate. To further his experience of non court based resolution of matrimonial disputes in 2009 Jonathan trained as a collaborative lawyer.
